Research groups

Nanomaterials
The Nanomaterials Research Group is mainly engaged in the development of inorganic and hybrid organic-inorganic nanostructured nature for applications in the biomedical and energetics fields. Recent studies include: - development of biomaterials for applications in medical diagnostics - functionalization of surfaces of nanocrystals - colloidal chemistry of luminescent nanoscale systems - study of the emission properties in the ultraviolet, visible and infrared regions for nanocrystalline systems.
