Cell biology of eucariotic cells, with special focus on plant cell and on the possibile biotechnological applications.
Syllabus
Molecular control of cell cycle progression; cytokinesis; apoptosis; molecular signalling and signal transduction; the secretory pathway; protein targeting within the secrteory pathway; protein targeting to mitochondria aand plastids; plant cell culture as biofactory.
