Learning outcomes

Module: Principi di economia agroalimentare (teoria)

The teaching provides the basic elements of agribusiness in order to give the theorical knowledge which will be applied to the wine systems analysis.


Module: Principi di economia agroalimentare (laboratorio)

This part of teaching aims at applying the principles of agribusiness to wine supply chains through exercises and cases of study.


Module: Economia del sistema vitivinicolo

The course aims at guiding to the understanding of the structure and the dynamic aspects of wine supply chains, which are not only constitutive elements of agribusiness, but of the wider economic and territorial system. In particular, new trends of wine demand, strategies of firms and retailers, the role of innovation and cooperation and the relationship between firms and institutions in wine systems are deepened.
