The Bachelor degree in Viticultural and Oenological Science and Technology aims to supply general knowledge related to this agricultural sector (with particular reference to the quality- quantitative aspects of production and the problems of agroforestry land) and specific knowledge and operational, managerial and laboratory skills in the complex field of viticulture and oenology so as to respond quickly and flexibly to rapid market evolution. For this reason the course sets out to teach the efficient use in this specific area of at least one European language, besides Italian, as well as providing a good knowledge of the skills and tools needed for communication and information management.
