Curriculum

Marco Andreolli si occupa di microbiologia ambientale e biotecnologie microbiche industriali e ambientali. I principali interessi di ricerca riguardano le interazioni tra microorganismi (batteri e funghi) con composti organici contaminanti in ecosistemi terrestri. Inoltre è coinvolto nello studio ed applicazione di microrganismi per la valorizzazione di scarti industriali mediante la produzione di composti ad alto valore aggiunto quali, biosurfattanti e poliidrossialcanoati (PHAs). Per ultimo, si interessa dell'utilizzo di microrganismi a fini di biocontrollo.
