Curriculum

Main research areas. Structural genomics: genome assembly and structural variation analysis using advanced genomic technologies. Clinical genomics: identification e annotation of single nucleotide variants and structural variants in congenital disorders. Functional genomics: impact of genetic variants on gene expression and on the deposition of epigenetic marks. Metagenomic and Metabarcoding.
