Francesca Munari received her PhD in Molecular Sciences (curriculum Chemical Science) from the University of Padova (Italy) in 2009. From 2009 to 2014 she worked as postdoctoral researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Biophysical Chemistry and at the German Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases in Goettingen (Germany), focusing on the structural characterization of proteins and protein complexes by NMR spectroscopy and other biophysical methods. Since the end of 2014 she works at the University of Verona, where she become assistant professor in organic chemistry in 2019. Her current research focuses on the mechanisms underlying the molecular recognition between proteins, the process of protein aggregation and the chemical modification of proteins.
