The objective of the exam will be to evaluate the student's knowledge of the management and administration tools of agricultural and wine business economics. The exam will be oral and written with open questions regarding the topics dealt with in the classroom and exercises in accounting and budget indexes. The evaluation will be expressed in thirtieths. The exam will be the same for attending and non-attending students.
