Learning outcomes

The course gives a framework of the European and national institutions. It analysis their operational mechanisms and the relationships at the local level.
The course helps to understand the historical evolution of the E.U. food policy and the way in which it has been integrated in the Italian law.

2) The agro-food policy:

3) The role of institutions in the agro-food policy management
