Learning outcomes

The course aims at guiding to the understanding of the structure and the dynamic aspects of wine supply chains, which are not only constitutive elements of agribusiness, but of the wider economic and territorial system. In particular, new trends of wine demand, strategies of firms and retailers, the role of innovation and cooperation and the relationship between firms and institutions in wine systems are deepened.
